• Your name and phone number, so we can reach you about your request.
• Your email address (optional), if you provide one.
• The package you’re interested in and the city you’re located in, so we can quote travel and availability.
• Vehicle details and notes you choose to share (year, make, model, condition).
• Your confirmation that a household power outlet is available at the service location.

We do not ask you to create an account or a password, and we do not collect or process any payment or card information on this website. Pricing is confirmed with you directly before any service is performed.

When you submit the booking form, our server temporarily records your IP address. We use it only to limit how many requests can be sent in a short period, which helps prevent spam and abuse. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical and security logs needed to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To respond to your booking request and answer your questions.
• To schedule, confirm, and provide your detailing service.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We rely on a few trusted service providers to operate the site and deliver your request. They only receive what’s needed to do their job:

• Zoho Mail — delivers your booking request to our inbox.
• Formspree — a backup that forwards your request to us if email delivery fails, so nothing gets lost.
• Vercel — hosts the website and may process server and security logs (including IP addresses).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep your booking request for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide your service, and maintain reasonable business records. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

• Providing your email is optional — your name and phone are enough to book.
• You can ask us for a copy of the information you’ve sent us, or ask us to delete it, by emailing apdetailing@zohomail.com.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our site links to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover how they handle your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
